time
so the only thing that has changed this summer has been the time.
earlier tonight i had people over for my birthday which was amazing. adam, superdave, and myself grilled some cheadar brawts. kari brought over a cake she made me from scratch. It was amazing. I even got a surprise of a friend coming back this way on her way home. I haven't seen her all summer and it was great to see her. So through the night these people came over and were a part of my birthday: SuperDave, Ross, Adam, Abbie, Hammer, Kari, Thomas, Jamie, Rachel, Jennie, and Amanda. As the evening unfolded, i've come to realize that nearly 3 months have passes since school was in session and the drama is still there. I mean, the only thing that has changed has been the time. It is almost time for school to start and the drama has never stopped.
I don't get it. The bubble of lincoln has made me incoheirent to the drama that has been going on in other peoples' lives. Now let me include that some of the drama...(and when i say some, i mean nearly all of it)...is the same as when school was still in session.
I will end it on this note...
...while living in lincoln this summer i've come to the conclusion that it is always the same stuff...just a different day....

well I believe james was quoting the worst movie ever being dreamcatcher. Well Squeaks you should realize that Lincoln is a craphole of the universe and that it is in of itself feeding on and off drama. Without drama, LCC would eventually die off. However, perhaps it is not just LCC but American Christianity in of itself. Hmm, who knows?
