Why?

Can anyone answer me why people with more than the allowed number of items still go through the express lane at Wal-Mart? I mean seriously....10 is the magic number! NOT 11! NOT 12! NOT 48!!!!! and the people working the register just continue on as if they forgot they were only allowed to scan 10 items. I think Wal-mart should be able to not scan anymore items than a customer is allowed...."Thats it sir, you have nine items scanned and you need to decided which item you want me to scan in order to complete your 10 item purchase...the toilet paper or the Snickers bar..."
Thats all for now....so don't buy 11 items if you plan to go through the 10 item express lane!!!

Squaky,
I think you have a problem. When all you can blog about is people at Wal*Mart and the amount of things they carry into their line...well lets just say you have a Wal*Mart complex.

My big problem is that I never get a cart and half way through I have so much stuff I cant carry anymore? Why is that? Lets make a "we have nothing better to do than complain about Wal*Mart club?"

I used to work in electronics at Wal-Mart and we could ring people up (a full cart) as long as they didn't have produce. We could not weigh it to get a price. A customer would ask, "Can I check-out here?" I would reply, "As long as you don't have produce." Sure enough halfway through there would be a single grapefruit. I just wanted to look at them and say, "Do you not know what produce is?" Then they would yell at me because, "It's dumb that we can't ring up produce." Idiots.
